Day use is included with your rental but you can also add an overnight stay for the night before your wedding. This house sleeps up to 12 with 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 full size beds. There are also 2 full  bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Check in varies based on the event on the day before- plan for 8:00-10:00 pm but it will be verified the week before.

In House Audio is a complete setup to run your own sound during your events. Setup includes high quality audio equipment to provide professional level sound for your ceremony, reception, and dancing. Set up includes all devices needed as well as microphones for speeches and lapel options for your officiant. We wills et up all of the equipment for you and you simply need to sign in to your music service (Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.) We do not provide staff to run the equipment. You will need to have someone to control the music. They will need to be available the morning of your event to show them how to run it.

This is a great addition for slideshows, first dance videos, monogram above head table, or a classic prop for a speech! The rental comes with a laptop setup ready to go so all files but be submitted no later than 3 days prior to your event. The screen comes down with a remote so you can lower and raise it as needed.
