Everything You Need to Know
DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL AT YOUR VENUE?
Yes. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a bartender with a TNABC server permit and adequate insurance. We have a list of preapproved bartenders that can serve at our venue to choose from. Self serving, shots, and cash bars are not permitted. Liquor must be mixed. Serving is required to halt no later than 30 minutes prior to send off and bar service cannot exceed 5 hours.

CAN I INCLUDE MY PET IN MY WEDDING?
Of course! We kindly ask that all pets are leashed and picked up after. We do not allow pets in any of our prep suites. Helpful hint: have a friend bring your pet for pictures before the ceremony with time to take the pet back home. Large crowds and noise can stress your pet out and cause them to become anxious and act out.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK MY DATE?
We require 50% of the total booking cost and a signed rental agreement.
IS YOUR VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! We have an ADA ramp off centered at the front of the barn. It connects to the sidewalk which goes directly inside and to the Chapel. Inside, each bathroom has a handicap accessible stall. Slightly sloped ramps lead from the sidewalk to The Oak for an easy transition.
DO YOU OFFER ONSITE ACCOMMODATIONS?
At this time, we do not. Cleveland, TN is the nearest town, about 15Â minutes away with ample lodging and dining options for you and your guests. Please click the link at the bottom of the page labeled "Nearby Accommodations" for a few choices.
CAN WE TAKE ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS ON PROPERTY?
Absolutely. We allow booked couples to come back with their photographer for a complimentary engagement session. This needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN ONSITE?
We have a prep kitchen located inside the barn. We do not have facilities for cooking onsite. Please click the link labeled "Prep Kitchen" at the bottom of the page for pictures and specifications.
AM I REQUIRED TO HIRE A COORDINATOR?
At this time, we do not require couples to hire a coordinator. However, it is strongly, strongly recommended. We want you to have a wonderful experience at Candies Creek Farm and the best way to do that is by having a professional run the day and allowing you, your friends, and your family to enjoy the momentous occasion. Please consider this option when allocating your budget. You can view services provided by Candies Creek professionals in the link at the bottom of the page labeled "Coordination + Planning" for our available packages or you can bring in another professional provider.
DO YOU HAVE AN ARBOR WE CAN USE?
Yes, we have a selection of arbors to choose from. Use of one is included with your rental.
